Project
Located on the campus of Case Western Reserve University, The Peter B. Lewis Building, named after the chief executive and president of Progressive Insurance, anchors the Weatherhead School of Management. Frank Gehry’s building in the Case Western Reserve campus has 152,000 square feet of space. Giant tilted concrete pillars supporting three-foot-thick slabs of concrete consisting mostly of steel reinforcement bars and sweeping curved tubes fill the part of the building that is completely hidden in the finished building.

Services
Buric was retained to analyze and determine the schedule impact associated with design delivery method and how the design scope increase impacted planned productivity. Buric worked closely with its client and legal counsel to document and demonstrate how design related issues delayed the project, and caused disruptions and losses in labor productivity.
