Project
The Cleveland Clinic Heart Center is the new entryway to the world-class
Cleveland Clinic campus. The Heart Center’s hospital tower will
house 288 hospital beds, and its pavilion is home to 115 examination rooms
and offices for 170 physicians. The Heart Center’s technology building
has 16 operating rooms, a 60-bed surgical intensive care unit, labs and
units dedicated to same-day hospital procedures, coronary care and chronic
heart failure.
Services
Buric provided assistance in developing a pre-bid schedule
and baseline schedules for the trade contractors within the context of
bid specification parameters for the construction manager’s use
in preparing the project master schedule. As part of the bid package phase,
Buric developed a detailed CPM scheduling specification. Additionally,
Buric is the owner’s scheduling consultant for review
and analyses of the construction manager’s monthly schedule update
and change order/design schedule impacts.
