Project
The Nashville Arena is a multi-purpose arena designed and constructed to host concerts, hockey, basketball, soccer, shows and other sports and entertainment events. It consists of three seating levels for a capacity of 20,000 people and includes spectator suites, vendor facilities and ancillary buildings and facilities such as the main entry and visitor’s center, administrative offices, a rehearsal hall and a parking garage. It is primarily a concrete structure with an extensive structural steel framework to support its uniquely shaped roof system.

Services
After the project’s conclusion Buric was retained by the general contractor to analyze project events and documents and present expert opinions in litigation matters involving the general contractor, its subcontractors and the owner. Buric’s services included the diagnostic development of pertinent issues and the resulting impact upon schedule and costs.
