David L. Sutton, PE, executive vice president, will participate in a panel discussion on the topic “Effectively Resolving Local and Global Disputes through Mediation, Arbitration or Litigation” Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 10 a.m., at the Four Seasons Hotel Midtown in Atlanta. The two-day conference will examine completing construction jobs on time, on budget and without lawsuits.
