R. Zollinger, III, P.E.
President, CEO
As president and CEO of Buric, Bill Zollinger provides strategic leadership
and direction to the company and its employees. Since moving into his
current role in 1997, Bill has overseen significant growth in Buric by
diversifying its services, expanding the client base and adding office
locations. Bill has also increased Buric’s visibility and reputation
through high-profile international construction projects.
An industry veteran of 30 years, (over 25 with Buric), Bill continues
to provide a wide range of services to clients, including claim analysis,
schedule impact analysis, labor productivity studies and additional cost
analysis. He is a sought-after consultant and expert witness, providing
testimony for clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court
rooms. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer and published author
on a range of construction-related topics.
Ron
E. Wright, P. E.
Chief Operating Officer
As chief operating officer, Ron Wright ensures that Buric uses its resources–people and technology–wisely and consistently. Ron works closely with President Bill Zollinger to direct the firm’s strategic planning, operations, financial affairs, information systems and overall technical and service quality.
A construction industry veteran of nearly 30 years, Ron’s expertise and focus is in the field of building diagnostics. Ron is often asked to provide presentations regarding building diagnostics topics at industry seminars and conferences. Additionally, Ron is an author and has been published in an online trade magazine concerning building diagnostics. However, he is also involved in claims management, CPM scheduling, surety contract management and project management. Ron continues to serve as an experienced expert witness at trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Based in our North Carolina office, Ron includes in his responsibilities the management of the building diagnostics services throughout the company.
David
L. Sutton, P.E.
Executive Vice President
Dave Sutton possesses project controls expertise and strong management skills. Dave joined the company in 1985 as a project consultant with significant experience in large E/P/C contracts. His career and responsibilities at Buric include oversight of business operations of Buric offices in North Carolina, Ohio and New Jersey.
Dave is an excellent problem solver, excels at transforming data into information, and is highly successful in communicating and creatively presenting complex matters in simple, understandable terms. He has provided expert testimony on multi–million dollar projects and claims in trials, arbitrations and mediations. He is an active leader in professional and community organizations, and often lectures at industry conferences and seminars.
Michael
W. Leary, P.E.
Senior Vice President
Mike Leary started his career working as an engineer/estimator for a general
contractor. Mike specializes in the analysis of construction claims, including
time and cost impacts to projects involving delays, loss of productivity,
disruption, acceleration, critical path scheduling and construction administration.
A civil engineer with more than 26 years of construction experience, Mike
has provided expert testimony on multi-million dollar projects and claims
in trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Mike, who joined Buric in 1984, serves as an arbitrator for the American
Arbitration Association and a frequent speaker at construction industry
seminars and conferences and is a published author.
Jeffrey
S. Roush
Senior Vice President
Jeff Roush is a 26-year construction industry veteran providing scheduling,
project management, surety and claims services. Jeff is actively involved
with clients on a wide range of projects, and draws from his previous
project management experience with two ENR Top 20 contractors.
Jeff also provides expert witness testimony on behalf of clients. He frequently
conducts seminars on scheduling, construction documentation, surety assistance,
and claims management topics to contractors, owners, sureties and universities.
Rebecca L. Corradi
Vice President of Corporate Services
Rebecca is responsible for ensuring each of Buric’s office locations has the tools necessary to be successful. Rebecca first joined Buric in 2006 as the director of corporate services. Promoted to vice president in 2007, she now oversees Buric’s core operations including human resources, information technology, marketing, corporate governance, compliance and administrative systems.
After spending more than 15 years in senior and legal management, Rebecca helps establish the priorities for senior management and deal with the complex issues of the corporate world. Currently, Rebecca is an active member of the national chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and a past associate member of the Association for Legal Administrators, The American Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Mark
Harris Berman, AIA
Architect & Planner
Mark provides architectural services for commercial, institutional, educational,
and residential projects and professional planning services for land-use
design, planning board and zoning board of appeals applications.
Having begun his career in the design and construction industry in 1976,
his professional experience includes residential, commercial and institutional
architecture, planning, interiors, building diagnostics, new construction
and building rehabilitation. Mark has also served on local planning and
zoning boards in New Jersey.
He has provided forensic-code and technical analysis, investigations,
reports and expert testimony for over a decade in a wide range of cases,
including site and facility planning, building safety and construction
deficiencies.
Dennis
R. Jasinski
Project Director
Dennis works directly with contractors, owners, bonding companies, and attorneys to develop and analyze construction claims and change orders. His expertise involves CPM schedule analysis, time impact and delay analysis, loss of productivity/acceleration/disruption cost analysis, and job extension cost analysis. Among the projects he has investigated are office buildings, correctional facilities, highways, bridges, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and educational and residential facilities. He has testified in federal, state and local courts, arbitrations, mediations and depositions in a number of construction cases.
Dennis joined Buric in 1987. He has lectured on a variety of construction–related topics including documentation, scheduling, construction delays, damages and delay costs, and loss of productivity.
Brian
Stewart
Director – Scheduling and Surety Services
Brian provides CPM scheduling and updating, surety project management,
construction claims, and building diagnostics services. Brian’s
28 years’ experience in the construction industry includes educational
facilities, healthcare facilities, office buildings, industrial plants,
manufacturing facilities, highways, bridges, and residential. Brian is
also a frequent presenter at CPM scheduling seminars and conducts in-house
scheduling training.
David
Holsinger, P.E.
Senior Project Consultant
With over 15 years’ experience in civil, environmental, and forensic
engineering David Holsinger has managed numerous high profile and controversial
environmental programs. He has knowledge and experience in the commercial,
industrial and residential fields. His areas of expertise also include
hydrology, hydrogeology, water quality, environmental assessments and
remediation, geographic information systems and computer applications,
concrete, timber bridge design, residential structure design and building
diagnostics.
