Project
Construction of a new 43,000-seat baseball stadium in South Philadelphia. The project was performed under the direction of a construction manager using multiple subcontract agreements for the major work disciplines. Stadium construction was from April 2002 to April 2004.

Services
Buric developed the initial resource-loaded CPM schedules for the mechanical contractor and the plumbing contractor. The schedule was formatted and established cross-compatible to the construction manager’s and owner’s master schedules. Buric assisted the contractor with schedule impact analysis and documentation of issues.
