Project
The project was construction of a four-story, 88,500 square-foot concrete structure and related mechanical, electrical, life support and controls equipment. The building is a harbor waterfront structure supported on pre-cast piles which are partially on land and partially over open water on the Cooper River. The aquarium houses various live and static exhibits and includes a structural steel framed aviary.
SERVICES
Buric worked with the general contractor to develop a resource loaded project CPM schedule. In addition Buric assisted the general contractor in preparing and issuing monthly schedule updates. Our services also included assisting the general contractor with documenting issues, and quantifying the schedule and cost impacts associated with delays, disruptions, and changes to the project.
