The $15 billion project is construction of Boston’s new 7.5-mile
underground expressway, a 15-lane bridge over the Charles River,
and the Ted Williams Tunnel to Logan Airport.

and helping develop cost impact analysis to present to the owner, DRBs,
or insurance carriers.
