SERVICES
Buric’s involvement with this project includes Building Information Modeling (BIM) project facilitation paired with clash detection and 4D scheduling.
Using BIM technology to harvest quantities from models, Buric resource-loaded the schedule. Using 4D-scheduling graphics, Buric provided visualization of the project’s schedule status and critical areas.
This project incorporates the full use of Buric’s in-field BIM progress evaluation, wherein Buric experts use digital photography and BIM graphics to document actual construction progression and compare it with the CPM schedule – clearly showing the owner and contractors the status of each aspect of the project.
At the beginning of the project, Buric provided the team with complete timelines including a visual, three-dimensional image of planned activities for each day – a benefit of Buric’s proprietary, real-time electronic dashboard reporting modality.
Thanks in large part to Buric’s involvement, this project was completed on schedule.
