Cleveland Hopkins Airport is a major hub and included a runway expansion, new concourse, new de–icing facility and electrical building.
SERVICES
Runway Expansion: Assisted with the completion of 1600–activity cost and manpower loaded baseline schedule over a 450–day duration.
New Concourse BP #7/Mechanical: Assisted in the preparation of a pre–bid CPM schedule for mechanical work for a new concourse for Continental Airlines.
New De–Icing Facility: Assisted with preparation of a preliminary schedule and baseline schedule for unit cost construction of a new airport de–icing facility.
Electrical Building: Assisted in the preparation of a baseline schedule for construction of a new electrical building to house backup generators and electrical equipment for a large runway expansion.
