Buric initially worked with successful prime contractors to prepare their cost and resource loaded schedule development information for submittal to the construction manager for the project baseline schedule. In addition, Buric prepared monthly schedule updates for many of the prime contractors, for reporting actual progress to the construction manager.

At the conclusion of the project, Buric was retained by five prime contractors to review documentation, quantify schedule delay impacts associated with owner delays, change orders, acceleration and loss-of-productivity. Buric prepared expert reports, which included detailed demonstrative graphics and entitlement cost. Buric worked closely with its clients and counsel to present their claims and negotiate settlement on a prime contract by prime contract basis.
