Project
The project is the UNCW campus portion of the state of North Carolina’s seven-year (2001-2007,) $3–billion dollar statewide bond construction program. The UNCW campus program involves the planning, design, renovation and construction of new classrooms, offices, laboratories, dormitories, support facilities, and parking decks at the existing campus, and includes the various departmental moves within the facilities. The program is separated into approximately 30 distinct projects.

Services
Buric’s services include the development and maintenance of UNCW’s master schedule, review of project schedules, and cashflow tracking and forecasting. Our template served as the standard for the state’s monitoring of all campuses in the entire program.
