Project
The project is the renovation of an existing public space and sub-surface garage structure. The scope is the creation of a surface plaza with granite pavers for pedestrian traffic and resurfacing of the parking garage. Subsequent to completion, observations of deficiencies and instabilities in the paver surface and water intrusion from the plaza surface into the structure below required evaluation and remediation.

Services
Buric’s services include water testing of the project area, evaluation of project records and building code requirements, comparisons between as-built and as-designed conditions, determination of construction and design deficiencies, and litigation support.
